Ingredients

  • 3 Tbps coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup popcorn
  • salt
  • butter

  • 5 quart Dutch Oven

Instructions

  1. Put the oil in the Dutch Oven.
  2. Put the Dutch Oven on the stove and set the burner to medium.
  3. Add 3 kernels. When they pop, add the rest of the kernels.
  4. Take the Dutch Oven off the heat and wait 30 seconds.
  5. Put the Dutch Oven back on the heat.
  6. Slide the pot around continuously on the burner until the corn is popped.
  7. It’s better to leave some un-popped kernels than to risk burning the popped ones.
  8. Add salt and butter. Stir with a fork to spread.
