- 3 Tbps coconut oil
- 1/3 cup popcorn
- salt
- butter

- Put the oil in the Dutch Oven.
- Put the Dutch Oven on the stove and set the burner to medium.
- Add 3 kernels. When they pop, add the rest of the kernels.
- Take the Dutch Oven off the heat and wait 30 seconds.
- Put the Dutch Oven back on the heat.
- Slide the pot around continuously on the burner until the corn is popped.
- It’s better to leave some un-popped kernels than to risk burning the popped ones.
- Add salt and butter. Stir with a fork to spread.
