Garbonzo Beans
Ingredients
- 1 cup sprouted garbonzo beans
Equipment
- stove
- heavy saucepan
Instructions
- Soak beans in water for 24 hours.
- Drain and rinse.
- In a heavy saucepan, bring 3½ cups water to a boil.
- Add 1 cup soaked beans.
- Season to taste.
- Return to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to low.
- Cook 3-5 hours until beans are tender.
