Ingredients

  • 1,1/2 cups cooked oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tsp milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 banana (or other fruit)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Combine oatmeal and fruit
  3. Bake 45..50 minutes
